Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@getrugd.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has landed there.

When will my order arrive?

We process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that due to the current economic climate, all orders can take anywhere between 15 - 20 business days to arrive. We hope you understand and ask for your patience while you wait for your order to arrive. For more information, check out our shipping policy should you have any questions. Can I track my order?

For sure! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we'll provide you with the tracking details via email. You can then track your order here with the tracking number provided.

How do I cancel my order?

Please take care when ordering and make sure you're 100% happy with your selection before you check out. There is only a short amount of time between you placing an order until we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering via hello@getrugd.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

What countries do you ship to?

We want to get everyone rug'd so we ship to most regions worldwide. If you're unsure, please check with us at hello@getrugd.com.

Are there any customs or import duties?

Please note, when shipping internationally any customs and import duties incurred by your country is the customers responsibility and won't be refunded by Get Rug'd. Make sure to check with your local customs authority for more information.

Do you have a return policy?

We sure do! Head on over here to view all the info on our returns.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please take extra care when selecting your items as we do not provide any refunds due to change of mind.

If you want to exchange your rug for a different style, please make sure to contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please also note, that all exchange returns need to be in an 'as new' condition and unused.

Shipping cost for exchanges will be your responsibility.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Keep in mind that you will have to bear any incurring shipping costs associated with your return. We are not responsible for any items or packages lost during transit or after being marked as delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Care Instructions

All our rugs can be machine washed cold on delicate mode.

However, we recommend handwashing them whenever you can so your rugs stay beautiful and soft.

If you machine wash, make sure you wash them separate separate and ideally in a washing bag.

Should you spill a glass of red or any food on your rug you can spot clean them with a gentle stain remover but make sure you do not scrub.

Our rugs are woven so please make sure you don't tumble dry to ensure the threads don't come apart.

This might be a tempting option for quick stain/dust removal but please don't vacuum our rugs.

Where and what are your rugs made from?

We work closely with our manufacturer in mainland China to make sure we can bring you a high quality rugs that you will love for a long time. All rugs are made out of a cotton blend making them soft and durable.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

100%! These are issued via email and each contains a unique reference number to use. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special someone in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead and make sure they Get Rug'd in a rug of their choice! You can fine our gift vouchers here.
