Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We provide free standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $100.

Please note that some items purchased in the same order might be sent out separately due to logistical reasons. This means that your order might arrive in separate packages.

Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates may be impacted by holiday periods, customs, shipping company strikes, natural disasters or delays. Therefore we can't guarantee or accept liability for any deliveries outside this timeframe.

4. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing

Please be mindful when entering your address, as we are not responsible for any lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and will investigate the issue and organise a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days to return your order in case you've changed your mind. Please note that products must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and provide us with an image of the item at hello@getrugd.com so we can start processing your return.
