If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@getrugd.comjust in case there’s a problem with your order.

We usually process orders within 1-2 days, except over the weekend.
If you contact us straight away after ordering via hello@getrugd.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
Australian orders can take between 1 -7 business days.
International orders can take between 7 - 14 business days.

Yes, we offer free shipping for Australian orders over $100.

We want to get everyone rug'd so we ship to most regions worldwide. If you're unsure, please check with us at hello@getrugd.com.
Please note, when shipping internationally any customs and import duties incurred by your country is your responsibility and won't be covered by Get Rug'd.
Make sure to check with your local customs authority for more information.

You have 30 days to return your order in case you've changed your mind. Please keep in mind that products need to be returned to us in an unworn and undamaged condition (a try-on is fine but worn at a frothy, sea salt swell-filled weekend not so much).
Shipping cost for exchanges will be your responsibility.

A refund request can be submitted within a 30 days after the purchase is made.

Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Keep in mind that you will have to bear any incurring shipping costs associated with your return. We are not responsible for any items or packages lost during transit or after being marked as delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
