Orders are packed and dispatched from our Sunshine Coast warehouse once payment clears. Freight isn't charged at checkout. We work it out after your order comes through, comparing rates across carriers including TNT and Aramex, then invoice it separately.
If the quote doesn't suit, you can cancel for a full refund or book your own carrier. Reorders are quick, since your full order history sits in your account and you can pull up a past order and run it again.

Minimum order is 30 units of drinkware, mixed however suits your shelf across StubCups and StubJugs. Accessories can go in any order but don't count towards the 30. Margin is strong at RRP and volume discounts apply automatically as your order grows, so the more you take the better it gets. Full pricing is in the wholesale portal once you're approved.

Yes, absolutely! We provide some free marketing display in store with your first order, and every active stockist gets listed on our store locator at getrugd.com. Bigger orders can unlock display stands and feature spots in our customer newsletter and on our Instagram.
