Thank you so much for supporting a small business! We're trying our best to make your experience with us and our products as good as possible. Please feel free to email us if your questions haven't been answered below.

Returns

You have 30 days to return your order in case you've changed your mind. Please keep in mind that products need to be returned to us in an unworn and undamaged condition (a try-on is fine but worn at a frothy, sea salt swell-filled weekend not so much).

To start the return process please send us an email at hello@getrugd.com with the reason for your exchange and include your name and order number.

Please send your order in its original packaging to:

The return must be shipped within the 30-day timeframe and a tracking number must be provided to Get Rug'd via email to hello@getrugd.com.

Once we've received your return we will inspect it and will inform you whether your return is approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method you used to purchase your items. This usually takes a few business days.

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Keep in mind that you will have to bear any incurring shipping costs associated with your return. We are not responsible for any items or packages lost during transit or after being marked as delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
