We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
Australian orders can take between 1 -7 business days.
International orders can take between 7 - 14 business days.

For sure! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we'll provide you with the tracking details via email. You can then track your order here with the tracking number provided.

You have 30 days to return your order in case you've changed your mind. Please keep in mind that products need to be returned to us in an unworn and undamaged condition (a try-on is fine but worn at a frothy, sea salt swell-filled weekend not so much).

We don't have a brick and mortar store at this stage. However, we operate out of the Sunshine Coast so if you're a local we're happy to organise a pickup. Just reach out via hello@getrugd.com.
