Warranty Information

As a small Australian owned business, we create multifunctional products that are tough enough to take a beating. Every product we make is backed by the below warranty because quality and durability aren’t optional, they’re part of who we are.

ELIGIBILITY FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM

To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your product was purchased directly from our website, or an authorised retailer with applicable receipt.

  • The product is within the warranty period (see below warranty periods for each product).

  • The product was used only as intended and in accordance with its care and use guidelines.

If your product fails under normal use due to a manufacturing or material defect, we’ll aim to replace the whole item or provide replacement parts, whatever may be determined the best option.

WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

Our warranty overs defects in workmanship and materials that occur during regular, intended use. If your item (ie. StubCup) was customised by us, we’ll reproduce the same custom mark or design if a replacement is issued.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or non-original parts

  • Normal wear and tear such as scuffs, scratches, fading, colour peeling or cosmetic blemishes

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglecting care instructions

Your product is built to be used for a long period of time, meaning that marks, scratches, and scars are part of your story, not signs of failure.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty replacement:

  1. Review our warranty terms to confirm eligibility.

  2. Provide images or video (whatever may be the most applicable) and send an email to hello@getrugd.com with email subject 'Warranty claim'. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your request. If you have not heard back from us within 5 days, please follow up with us.
