Your discount is based on the total number of units in your order from our main range. You can mix any products and any colours. 20 units of one product plus 30 of another is 50 units and unlocks the 7% tier. Accessories are at a flat wholesale rate and sit outside this.

Yes. Every colour of a product counts toward the same unit total, so order whatever combination suits your shelf.

Email hello@getrugd.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or credit your next order.

30 units from the main range, and $800. Accessories can be added to any order but don't count toward either minimum.

Recommended retail is shown on each product page. At base wholesale that's around a 40% margin, and it improves as you move up the tiers.
